Five Weeks till my Birthday:)
Gym, calorie counting, fruits and veggies, salmon, whole grains, and I will be shipping for new clothes in a new size. Wooo!!!

Hey! Welcome to the weight-loss tumblr community. I love finding other tall girls! Congrats on starting your own fitblr. It can be really helpful and motivating. Just make sure you don’t get too obsessed because it can definitely backfire. Get what you can out of it and step back when you need to. Don’t be a stranger:)
I like that I haven’t been so obsessive lately. I decided I’m only weighing myself once every two weeks so I don’t get so discouraged and/or encouraged to restrict our binge. It has helped a lot. I’ve stopped binging, I’ve stopped overeating, and I’ve lost weight.
Done Moving!! Wooooo!! AND I burnt a bunch of calories. Phew, thank God. That’s all:)
